I focus on two parts of the Savannah metro market: the golf and club communities around Skidaway Island, Richmond Hill, Pooler, and west Savannah, and moves driven by Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. In both, what a home costs to own is more than its listing price, and that is where I start.

I'm originally from Alabama and have lived in the Savannah area since 2014. Before real estate, I served in the U.S. Army as an Aircraft Structural Repairer with 3rd Battalion, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, and later worked at Gulfstream Aerospace. I went full time in real estate in mid 2025.

I'm also a co-founder of Parson Cattle Company and a member of Effingham County Young Farmers. That's a genuine land and property background, not a marketing point, and it's part of why land and how things actually get built are not abstractions to me.

My approach is the same on every property: get the facts right before you write the offer, not after, and say plainly when something is a poor fit. Depth on the details is worth more here than any badge.
