There are two forms here, a contact form and a consultation request. Between them, they ask for:

• Your name, required
• Your email address, required
• Your phone number, optional
• Whether you are buying, selling, or both, on the consultation form only
• Whatever you write in the message box, required

That is the whole list. There is no account to create, and nothing is asked of you to read the site.

Form submissions are delivered and stored by Netlify (opens in a new tab), which hosts this site. I read them there and reply to you myself.

Netlify filters every form submission for spam using Akismet (opens in a new tab), a service operated by Automattic. That applies to all submissions, not only suspicious ones, and it is part of how Netlify Forms works. Submissions that pass are listed as verified. Submissions flagged as spam go to a separate list I can review, so a real message caught by mistake is not lost.

Both forms also include a hidden field that a person filling out the form never sees and never types into. Automated spam tends to fill it in, which is one of the ways Netlify recognizes it.

Netlify does not publish a retention period for form submissions, and I am not going to state one I cannot keep. In practice your submission stays there until I delete it. If you want yours deleted, email me and I will delete it.

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone beyond the services named on this page. If we go on to work together, the information you give me during a transaction is handled under my brokerage's policies and Georgia real estate law, which is a separate matter from this website.

This site uses Cloudflare (opens in a new tab) Web Analytics to count page views. A small script loads from static.cloudflareinsights.com and reports measurements to Cloudflare.

Cloudflare's documentation states that Cloudflare Web Analytics "does not collect or use your visitors' personal data." Cloudflare does not publish a retention period for it, so I am not stating one. What I see from it is aggregate: which pages are being read, and how often.

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no advertising, no tracking pixel, no remarketing tag, and no third-party script other than the analytics beacon described above.

Netlify handles all traffic to this site as its host, and Netlify's own policies apply to that.

Pages here link out to other sites, including the VA, FEMA, county and city government sites, school districts, and club and community websites. Those sites have their own policies, and I have no control over them. A link is not an endorsement.

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and so does the date below.
